One-on-One Coaching

In order to achieve communication goals, we answer these three questions:

  2. How do you want to say it?
  3. Who do you want to be?

One-on-one coaching provides structure, encouragement, and accountability. Proven modalities will be utilized to help people identify behaviors, blocks and triggers in their communication in various venues.

Over time, trust is developed, leading to more sharing of challenges and concerns as well as triumphs and successes.
