One-on-One Coaching
In order to achieve communication goals, we answer these three questions:
- What do you want to say?
- How do you want to say it?
- Who do you want to be?
One-on-one coaching provides structure, encouragement, and accountability. Proven modalities will be utilized to help people identify behaviors, blocks and triggers in their communication in various venues.
Over time, trust is developed, leading to more sharing of challenges and concerns as well as triumphs and successes.
"I needed help delivering presentations to an executive audience, honing my delivery — being concise, confident. Over the course of a few short weeks, in coaching sessions with Alice, I learned the skills I needed to thrive in the c-suite."
